Sad to report that Nigel Paul passed away this week. He was 89. One of the finest sportsmen in Cranleigh’s history, he played first class cricket and rugby and won the English Seniors at golf. He played many times for the OCs in the Hewitt and was renowned as one of the strongest and most competitive players.

An excellent performance yesterday saw us finish second at Royal Ashdown in the Grafton qualifier. An excellent 32 points by Craig Moore and George Wilkinson led the way with Rosie, Paul Tidey, Harry MF and Giles also playing well with 26 points each.
